How a sign gets made.
- 01
Somebody Comes and Measures
We survey the location before quoting anything of size. Height from the ground, available power, what the wall is actually made of, and how far back a person stands to read it. Photographs from your phone help, but they do not give us the wall build up.
- 02
A Drawing Goes to the Landlord
Malls and most towers want a technical drawing approved before anything is fabricated. We prepare it with dimensions, fixings and power load marked. This step takes longer than the manufacturing does and it cannot be started late.
- 03
It Gets Built in Dubai South
Aluminium is cut and folded, acrylic faces are routed, and if the sign is illuminated the LED modules are laid out and wired inside the return before the face goes on. The sign is assembled and powered up on the workshop floor first.
- 04
It Is Lit Before It Leaves
Every illuminated sign is switched on in the workshop and left running. Modules that are going to fail usually fail early, and finding that here costs an hour. Finding it on a fascia at height costs a scaffold.

Installation and Handover
Our own crew installs, usually outside trading hours. You get the drawings and the module specification at handover, so a future repair does not mean guessing what is inside.
Here is where we have to be careful with you. We can design and build to any shape you like, but we cannot promise the landlord will approve it. Bring us in before the design is signed off internally and we will tell you what tends to get rejected.
