Return & Refund Policy
Printing is made to order, so it cannot be resold or restocked. That means our policy is about putting mistakes right rather than accepting returns.
If we got it wrong
If the delivered job does not match the proof you approved — wrong colour, wrong trim, wrong stock, a production fault — we reprint it at our cost and collect the incorrect stock. Tell us within seven days of delivery and send photographs of the problem.
If the artwork was wrong
Once you approve a digital proof, that proof is what goes on press. If a typo, an old phone number or the wrong logo version is in the approved file, a reprint is chargeable — though we will usually find a way to reduce the cost.
This is exactly why the proof stage exists. Read it properly, and get a colleague who did not write the copy to read it too.
Colour expectations
A commercial tolerance of around 10% variation in colour is normal in this industry, and colour can shift slightly between two runs of the same job on different days, or between digital and offset. If exact colour matching matters, order a printed proof on the production stock before the full run.
Damaged in transit
Check the boxes when they arrive. If a carton is damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us the same day. We will replace damaged stock.
Cancelling an order
Before you approve the proof, cancel at no cost. After approval the job is likely already imposed or on press, and materials may have been cut — at that point we charge for the work completed.
Refunds
Payment is only taken after you approve the quote and the proof, so most jobs never need a refund. If you cancel before production starts, or we cannot produce a job as quoted, anything you have already paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Once a job has been printed to an approved proof, it is custom work and cannot be refunded — though if we got it wrong, we reprint it, as described above.
