• Enquiry details you give us through the enquiry form: your name, company, phone number, email address, preferred reply method, deadline, message, and the service options you chose.
• Artwork and reference files you upload.
• Messages you send us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Basic technical information recorded by our web server, such as your IP address and the pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce and deliver your order, issue invoices, and keep records required by UAE law. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Only the services needed to do the work: our website host, our email provider, couriers when we deliver an order, and — if you contact us that way — WhatsApp, which handles your messages under its own privacy policy. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Enquiries and artwork are kept for twelve months so that quotes and reprints are easy, unless we are still working on your job. Invoices and order records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing hello@printabra.ae. We will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping enquiry forms secure. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
