Custom Exhibition Stands in Dubai: Priced by Hand, Every Time

No two custom stands are the same, which is why this one cannot be quoted from a page. Custom exhibition stands in Dubai are built for GITEX, Gulfood, Big 5, Arab Health and the smaller trade shows nobody outside your industry has heard of, and the first thing we need is the hall, the stand number and the space you have booked.

How it's made

From your file to the finished job.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.

01 / 06

The Space Dictates the Design

How many sides are open, where the neighbours sit, which direction the main aisle runs. A stand designed without that information usually ends up with its entrance facing a back wall.

02 / 06

The Paperwork Starts Immediately

DWTC and ADNEC both require contractor submissions, structural details and sign off before anything is built. We handle that documentation, and it is the part of the programme that cannot be compressed.

03 / 06

It Is Built and Stood Up Here

The stand is assembled in Dubai South with graphics fitted and lighting connected, then photographed and dismantled. You approve from that photograph, which removes most of the uncertainty before anything travels.

04 / 06

Installation Happens Overnight

Build up slots are issued by the venue. Our crew works to that window, which is usually the night before opening, and the design is planned so the whole build fits inside it.

05 / 06

Removal Is Scheduled Too

Breakdown is as fixed as build up, and halls charge for overruns. We strike the stand and clear the pitch within the allocated period, then store whatever is reusable.

06 / 06

Design, Build, Install, Store

We cover all four, which matters because a stand designed by one company and built by another is where most exhibition problems begin. Send the floor plan as a file, not a screenshot. Organisers issue these as scaled drawings with dimensions and neighbouring stand numbers on them, and that detail answers most of our first round of questions before we have to ask any of it.

The honest answer on cost: a custom stand is the most expensive option here, and it is worth it when the space is large, highly visible or being used for several years. For a three by three pitch at one show, a modular or shell scheme solution does most of the job for a fraction of it.
