Shell Scheme Stands in Dubai: Making the Venue Shell Look Like Yours
A shell scheme is the basic booth the organiser provides: grey or white panels, a fascia board with your company name on it, and nothing else. Shell scheme stands in Dubai are about turning that identical shell into something recognisably yours without building anything.

The Panels Are a Fixed Size
Shell panels come in standard widths set by the system the venue uses. Graphics are made to those dimensions, which is why the exhibitor manual is the first document we ask for.
Nothing May Be Fixed to the Frame
Most organisers forbid drilling, nailing or taping into shell uprights, with damage charged back afterwards. Graphics therefore hang on the panels or stand in front of them.
Panel Wraps Are the Quickest Fix
Printed panels sized to each bay cover the grey entirely. They clip or sit into the existing frame, and a three panel back wall is transformed in about twenty minutes.
The Fascia Carries the Name
That horizontal board above the stand is usually supplied with basic lettering. Replacing or overlaying it with your own branding is the single cheapest improvement available.
Lighting Is Rarely Enough
Shell schemes come with minimal lighting, often two spots. Adding track lights aimed at the back wall is what stops the stand reading as a grey box in a bright hall.
Supplied to the Manual
We work from your exhibitor manual, since panel sizes and the rules on fixing differ between halls and even between shows in the same venue. Check what the organiser already includes before buying anything. Many shell packages come with a fascia name, a socket, a table and two chairs, and exhibitors regularly pay twice for furniture that was sitting in the organiser package all along.
Being realistic about what a shell scheme can be: it will never look like a built stand, because the structure belongs to the venue. What it can do is look deliberate and branded, which is most of the benefit for a fraction of the cost.
