Forex Board Printing in Dubai: A Light Board That Stays Flat
Forex is rigid PVC foam board. It looks like a solid plastic sheet, weighs very little, and takes a UV print straight onto its surface. Forex board printing in Dubai is the everyday rigid panel, used anywhere a printed sheet needs to be stiff without being heavy.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
It Prints Direct, No Mounting
The board goes onto a flatbed and ink is cured onto it as it lands. There is no vinyl, no laminating and no risk of bubbles, which is what makes it quicker and cheaper than a mounted print.
The Surface Is Matt and Slightly Soft
Forex has a fine closed surface that holds ink well and does not glare under office lighting. It also marks if dragged across a hard edge, so finished boards travel face to face.
Thickness Sets the Rigidity
Three millimetre is fine for a small notice. Five is the general purpose choice. Ten stands on its own for a floor standing cut out. Anything spanning a wide gap needs the thicker board or it bows.
It Cuts to Any Shape
A router follows a cut path, so boards can be shaped around a logo or a silhouette instead of staying rectangular. Send vector artwork with a cut path, or we will draw one from your file.
Indoor Life Is Long, Outdoor Is Not
Indoors it holds colour and shape for years. Outdoors in Dubai sun it will bow with heat and the print fades faster than on composite, so for anything permanent outside we move you to aluminium composite.
Fixed Simply
Adhesive pads, standoffs or screws through the face. It is light enough that fixing is rarely the constraint. Where a board will be taken down and put back repeatedly, hook and loop tape is worth specifying, since repeated adhesive pads leave marks on a painted wall.
Being straightforward about the weakness: Forex dents. A knock on a corner leaves a permanent mark because the foam crushes and does not spring back. In a high traffic position at low level, a harder panel is worth the extra.

- 01Send the logo as a vectorLetters and shapes are cut from your outlines, so we need AI, EPS, SVG or PDF, not a screenshot or a JPEG.
- 02Measure the real spaceWidth, height and a straight-on photo of the wall or fascia. The tape measure often disagrees with the drawing.
