Large Format Panel Signs in Dubai: Off the Flatbed and Onto the Wall
A panel sign is a rigid board with an image printed straight onto its surface. No lamination, no mounting, no separate print. Large format panel signs in Dubai come off a flatbed printer that prints onto the board itself, and that single fact decides how they are made and how long they last.

What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Five steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
The Board Is Cut First, Printed Second
Sheets are cut to the finished size before printing, so the image can run right to the edge with nothing to trim afterwards. Cutting after printing leaves a white line along one side when the blade wanders by a millimetre.
It Goes Through the Flatbed Flat
The board lies on a bed and the print heads travel over it. Ink is cured by UV lamps as it lands, so the sheet comes off dry and handleable straight away. You can pick up a finished panel and carry it out without waiting.
The Substrate Was Chosen for the Place
Foam board for indoor and temporary, aluminium composite for anything permanent or outside, acrylic where you want depth and a polished edge. Each behaves differently in heat. Foam board left in a Dubai summer will bow, which is why it stays indoors.
Fixings Are Decided With the Panel
Standoff bolts, a hidden rail, or direct screws through the face. We pick with you based on the wall, because a heavy composite panel on the wrong fixing is a safety problem, not a finish problem.
Delivered Face to Face
Panels travel with their printed faces together and protective film still on. The film comes off on the wall, not in the van.
Before you commit, one caveat. A printed board is one piece. If a phone number changes, the panel is reprinted, and there is no way to patch a section invisibly. Where details change often, we would steer you towards a frame with a replaceable insert. More: signage, outdoor banners, and illuminated signage. Thickness is worth a thought too. Three millimetre composite is fine on a flat wall with a rail behind it. Anything spanning a gap or standing free wants five, because a thin panel across a span develops a slow bow you only notice in raking light.
Quick answers.
Aluminium composite. Foam board is indoor only.
Yes, printed on both faces or bonded back to back.
