ID Cards and Accessories in Dubai: Every Single One Is Different
Nothing else in printing is personalised on every unit. ID cards and accessories in Dubai carry a different name, photograph and number on each card, which makes the data as important as the design and the proofreading as important as the printing.
Every option here, one quote for all of them.

What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Six steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
The Data File Is the Job
Names, titles, numbers and photographs arrive as a spreadsheet and a folder of images, and the card layout pulls from it automatically. A clean file produces clean cards. A file with mismatched photograph names produces the wrong face on the wrong card.
Photographs Need to Be Consistent
Pictures taken on different phones against different walls produce a set of cards that looks improvised. A plain background and similar framing across all of them is what makes a batch look like one organisation.
A Card Is a Laminate Sandwich
Printed layers sit between clear overlays and the whole thing is fused under heat and pressure. That construction is why a properly made card survives years in a pocket while a printed and laminated paper one does not.
Fixings Change the Card Design
A slot punched for a lanyard, a hole for a clip or a slot for a reel each need clear space in the artwork. Punching through a logo or a name is permanent, so the fixing is decided before the layout is approved.
Accessories Are Ordered With the Cards
Lanyards, holders and reels have their own lead times and their own branding options. Ordering them separately is how a batch of finished cards ends up sitting in a drawer waiting for lanyards.
Proofed as a Full List
You get the complete name and number list back to approve before any card is personalised, since catching one error on a list is easier than finding it in a box of two hundred.
One thing to settle at the start. We print the data you supply and we do not verify it. Spelling of names, correctness of titles and the match between a photograph and a person are checked by you on the proof list, because a single wrong card means reprinting that card.
