Business Card Printing in Dubai: What Happens to One Card
A business card is handed over, looked at for two seconds and put in a wallet. Business card printing in Dubai has to survive all three moments, and the difference between a card that feels right and one that does not is decided long before anybody sees the design.

What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Six steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
It Gets Printed Twenty to a Sheet
Cards are ganged up on a large sheet, printed in one pass and then cut apart. That is why a box of a hundred and a box of five hundred are closer in price than most people expect.
The Guillotine Decides the Edge
A stack of printed sheets is clamped and cut through in one stroke. The blade is accurate to a fraction, which is enough to show if a border runs close to the trim. Borders on business cards are the single most common artwork problem we see.
Weight Is Felt Before It Is Read
Three hundred grams is the sensible floor for a card that feels like a card. Four hundred and above reads as deliberate. Anything lighter bends in a wallet and the person holding it registers that without knowing why.
Lamination Changes the Surface
Matt laminate feels soft and kills glare. Gloss makes colours stronger and shows every fingerprint. Soft touch feels like suede and marks if a pen touches it. Each one changes the card more than the artwork does.
Corners and Edges Can Be Worked
Rounded corners, painted edges, foiling, embossing and spot varnish all happen after printing. These are the details people notice in the hand, and they are also what pushes a card from two days to a week.
Cut, Counted and Boxed
Cards are counted into boxes of a known quantity, because a card order that arrives loose in an envelope has already lost the impression it was made for.
A word about what cannot be fixed later. Dark solid colours on an uncoated card show every handling mark, and a heavy black card will arrive looking perfect and pick up pale scuffs within a day of being carried. If you want dark and pristine, it needs a laminate.
