Dome Name Badges in Dubai: A Resin Bubble Over the Print
The dome is the whole product. A clear resin is poured onto a printed badge and allowed to set into a raised lens, which magnifies the print slightly and makes the badge feel like an object. Dome name badges in Dubai go to hotel, retail and clinic staff.
Quantity: 10 pieces · Printed sides: Single sided · Personalisation: Same design on every piece

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Resin Is Poured, Not Applied
Liquid resin is dosed onto the face and surface tension pulls it into a smooth curve that stops at the edge. It then cures hard. Nothing is laminated and there is no film, which is why there is no edge to peel or lift.
The Dome Magnifies and Deepens
Colours look richer under resin and small text appears slightly larger. A badge that looked flat as a printed proof gains noticeable depth, and this is the effect people are buying.
The Name Is Permanent
Once the resin sets, nothing on that badge can change. These are made for staff who will be there a while, and each new person needs a new badge.
Pin, Magnet or Clip Changes Who Will Wear It
A pin pierces the uniform and some staff refuse it. A magnetic fitting holds through fabric and leaves no hole, which is standard in hospitality. A crocodile clip suits a pocket or a lapel and nothing else.
Shape Comes From the Base
Rounded rectangles, ovals and shaped badges are all cut from the base material before the resin goes on. The dome follows whatever outline is underneath, including a logo shape, so a badge can be cut to the outline of your mark and domed over that.
One Poured and Cured First
We make a single badge and let it cure before the batch runs, since the depth of a dome and the richness of the colour under it cannot be judged flat.
What the dome cannot fix is the artwork. Resin magnifies a low resolution image as readily as a sharp one, so a logo pulled from a website looks worse under a dome, not better. We need the original vector file for this product.

Setting up your file.
- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.
- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.
