Real Estate Printing in Dubai: From Site Hoarding to Handover Pack

A development is sold long before anybody can walk through it, so almost everything a buyer sees in the first two years is printed. Real estate printing in Dubai follows a plot from a fenced sandlot to a set of keys, and each stage needs a different kind of print.

What this sector orders
Hoarding to handover

How a launch gets printed, stage by stage.

  1. 01

The Hoarding Is the First Advertisement

Printed mesh or panels along the site boundary carry the project name and the renders months before a sales centre exists. It is also the largest single graphic most developments ever commission, and it is seen by everybody driving past.

  2. 02

The Launch Needs Something to Hand Over

Brochures, floor plate sheets, price lists and a folder to carry them. These go out at an event or across a desk, and the weight of the paper does a surprising amount of the persuading in a market where every project has renders.

  3. 03

The Show Flat Is Dressed, Not Built

Wall graphics, window film, directional signage and a branded presentation wall turn a bare unit into something that photographs well. Most of it comes down again, so removable materials matter here more than longevity.

  4. 04

    The Site Itself Needs Signing

Safety notices, contractor boards, directional signs for deliveries and plot markers run for the whole construction period. This is functional print with a long outdoor life and no brand ambition at all.

  5. 05

    Handover Is a Document Exercise

Welcome packs, snagging forms, warranty documents and key folders arrive in volume at the end, usually in a hurry, because handover dates move and nobody orders them early.

  6. 06

    Then the Next Phase Starts

Phase two reuses the brand and changes the plot numbers, so artwork kept on file turns a second hoarding into an amendment instead of a new design.

The realistic point about renders. A computer image that looks rich on a backlit screen prints noticeably flatter on paper, and dark interior visuals suffer most. We proof those on the actual stock before a long run, because the disappointment is always in the shadows.
