Office and Retail Signage in Dubai: A Shopfront on Handover Week
Handover week in a new unit is noisy and short. Flooring is going down, the shopfitter wants the keys back, and the sign is usually the last thing to arrive and the first thing anyone photographs. Office and retail signage in Dubai is planned backwards from that week, because the sign cannot be made until several other people have finished.
Every option here, one quote for all of them.
Shop Signage & Signboards
Shopfront signboards in ACP, acrylic and 3D lettering, designed to meet mall and municipality guidelines.
Reception Signage
Reception logo walls and signs that make the first impression in an office, clinic or showroom.
Wall Mounted Signage
Wall-mounted signs and panels on standoffs or flush fixings, for interiors and building entrances.
Hanging Signage
Ceiling-hung and suspended signs for retail aisles, warehouses, terminals and open-plan offices.
Acrylic Sandwich Signage
Printed graphics sandwiched between clear acrylic panels on standoffs — a clean, modern sign for walls…
What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Five steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
The Fascia Is Measured on Site
We measure the actual fascia instead of working from the lease drawing. Units are rarely built to the millimetre, and a sign cut to the drawing can end up with an uneven margin at one end that nobody can unsee.
The Landlord Pack Goes In Early
Mall and tower landlords approve signage before fabrication. The pack shows dimensions, materials, fixings and illumination. Submitting this in the first week of a fit out is the single best thing a tenant can do for their opening date.
Interior Pieces Are Made Alongside
Reception lettering, door vinyls, a directory plate and the back of house notices are produced in the same run as the fascia. Doing them together is what makes a unit look like one brand instead of four suppliers.
Install Happens Out of Hours
Most centres only allow signage work overnight or before opening. We schedule to the centre's rules, which is why the install date is often fixed by the landlord and not by us.
Opening Day
The film comes off the letters, the lighting is set, and we take the rubbish with us. You get the drawings and the specification for any later repair.
We would rather lose the job than hide this. If the landlord approval has not been submitted, no amount of paying extra will make a compliant shopfront sign appear in three days. The fabrication is quick. The permission is not. Related: illuminated letters, window branding, and name plates. One more thing gets decided in that week and then lives with you for years. The height of the lettering sets how far back the unit reads from, and in a mall that distance is usually the width of the walkway plus the shop opposite. We work it out on site with you.
