Event Wristbands in Dubai: Access on Somebody Who Keeps Moving
A wristband is access control you cannot put down. It goes on at a gate, stays on for the duration and has to be checked quickly by somebody standing in a crowd. Event wristbands in Dubai are chosen by how long the event runs and how hard the band has to be to transfer.
Every option here, one quote for all of them.
Fabric Wristbands
Woven and printed fabric wristbands with tamper-proof locks, for multi-day festivals and VIP access.
Silicone Wristbands
Debossed and printed silicone wristbands for campaigns, charities and gyms.
Tyvek Wristbands
Tear-resistant Tyvek paper wristbands for single-day events, pools and admissions.
Vinyl Waterproof Wristbands
Waterproof vinyl wristbands with snap closures, for water parks, beach clubs and hospitals.
What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Six steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
Paper Bands Are for One Day
Tyvek style bands are light, cheap and tear if removed, which is exactly the point. For a single day event with thousands of attendees they are the obvious answer.
Fabric Bands Last the Weekend
Woven or printed fabric with a one way slide lock survives swimming, showering and three days of wear. For multi day festivals this is the standard.
The Closure Is the Security
A band is only as good as its fastening. One way locks and tamper evident adhesives prevent transfer. A band that can be slipped off and passed over a fence is decoration.
Colour Does the Sorting
Different colours for general, VIP, staff and crew lets stewards read access at a glance in poor light, which is faster than reading any printing on the band.
Numbering Supports the Door
Sequential numbers or barcodes allow reconciliation and spot checking. This matters most where the band is also a ticket.
Packed for the Gate
Boxed in counted bundles by type and colour, so each entrance can be issued exactly what it needs without a count on the night. Decide early whether the band is also the ticket, because that changes the product. A band carrying a barcode has to be produced from a controlled number range and reconciled afterwards, and that is a different order from a plain colour coded band handed out at a gate, and it needs deciding before artwork.
The practical warning is quantity. Bands are fitted at a gate under time pressure and some are damaged or applied wrongly. Order above your expected attendance, because running out at the door is a far worse problem than a surplus.
