Promotional Tables and Counters in Dubai: The Thing Staff Stand Behind
A counter is the only piece of event furniture that is used continuously for the whole activation. People lean on it, put things on it, hide things under it and stand behind it for eight hours. Promotional tables and counters in Dubai are specified around that use.
Every option here, one quote for all of them.

What happens to your order before it reaches you.
Six steps, from the brief you send us to the moment it is in place.
Height Is Set by Standing, Not Sitting
Around a metre is right for someone standing and talking across it. Lower and staff stoop all day. Higher and it becomes a barrier between them and the person they are meant to engage.
The Front Panel Is the Branding
From a walkway, the front face is what is seen. Printed fabric stretched over the frame or a printed rigid panel, and in both cases the artwork sits above knee height where it is not blocked by people standing nearby.
Storage Underneath Is Essential
Bags, stock, chargers and personal belongings all end up under the counter. A shelf and a lockable section turn a surface into a working station.
The Top Takes Punishment
Drinks, pens, tape and boxes. A hard wearing top that can be wiped matters more than a perfect finish, since it will be marked by the second day.
Fabric Counters Travel Flat
A collapsible frame with a stretch printed cover packs into a bag and weighs very little. A rigid counter looks better and needs a trolley, which is the trade to decide early.
Matched to the Stand
Where a counter sits with a backdrop or a booth, both are produced together so the colour and the finish agree in the same light. Two counters often work better than one. A single counter forces everybody through one point, while splitting registration and conversation across two keeps a queue moving and stops the stand looking blocked from the aisle.
Here is a practical point most briefs miss. Counters are usually ordered without power in mind, then used for tablets, card readers and phone charging. Tell us if anything needs a cable and we will build in a route for it.
