Certificate Printing in Dubai: Printed Once, Framed for Years
A certificate is one of very few printed items that gets kept on a wall. Certificate printing in Dubai covers training completion, awards, appreciation and membership, and it has to look right behind glass a decade after it was issued.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Heavy Uncoated Stock Is the Convention
Something around two hundred and fifty grams with a textured or laid finish reads as a document of record. A glossy certificate on thin coated stock reads as a printout, whatever is written on it.
The Name Field Is the Whole Design Problem
Names vary enormously in length. A field sized for a short name leaves a long one cramped or overflowing, so the space is set to the longest name on the list and the type scales to fit.
Handwritten or Personalised Changes the Process
Blank certificates with a hand written name are one print job. Individually personalised certificates are a data job, pulling from a list, and that needs the names supplied and proofread before anything prints.
A Foil Seal Does the Ceremonial Work
A gold or silver foil roundel, or an embossed seal, is what makes a certificate read as official. It is a small area of finishing and it carries more weight than any amount of ornament in the border.
Size Should Match a Frame People Can Buy
A4 or A3 can be framed anywhere for very little. An unusual size means a custom frame, and in practice means the certificate stays in a drawer because nobody got round to it.
One Printed Before the Batch
We produce a single finished certificate, seal and all, for approval before the rest are run, since the foil and the stock cannot be judged on screen.
One caution about names. We print the spelling exactly as supplied and we do not correct it. On a personalised run, the name list has to be checked by somebody who knows the people, because a misspelt certificate is reprinted individually and usually noticed in public.

Setting up your file.
- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.
- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.
