Vehicle Vinyl Lettering in Dubai: Cut Letters That Outlast the Van
No printer is involved and there is no panel of material on the vehicle. Individual letters and shapes are cut from coloured vinyl and applied straight to the paint. Vehicle vinyl lettering in Dubai is what most working vans actually carry, and it lasts longer than any printed wrap.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Colour Runs Through the Film
Cast vinyl is coloured all the way through, so there is no ink on the surface to fade or scratch. On a vehicle in Dubai sun that is the difference between three years and seven, and it is why trade vehicles are lettered and not wrapped.
Only the Letters Touch the Paint
Because there is no background panel, the vehicle colour stays visible between the letters and there is nothing to lift at a large edge. It also means far less material and a much shorter fitting time.
Legibility at Speed Sets the Size
A phone number read from a car behind at road speed needs to be large and simple. The usual mistake is a van carrying a full service list in small type, none of which anybody reads. One name and one number, big.
Application Tape Holds the Spacing
Letters are weeded and taped as one assembly, so the whole line transfers to the van in position. A fitter works to a tape datum line along the panel to keep it level against a body crease that may not be level itself.
It Comes Off Cleanly
Individual letters peel away with heat and leave the paint untouched. On a leased vehicle this is the cheapest branding to remove at handover by a wide margin.
Laid Out Against the Actual Panel
We measure the usable area between the door shut and the wheel arch on your vehicle, since letter sizes set from a generic van drawing rarely fit the real one.
What cut vinyl cannot give you is a photograph, a gradient or a logo with many colours. Each colour is a separate cut and a separate layer aligned by hand, so two colours is routine and anything complex has to be printed instead.
Compare with spot decal branding, plotter cut stickers, and decals and lettering.
