Food Truck Branding in Dubai: A Kitchen Behind the Panel
Every other vehicle has air behind its bodywork. A food truck has griddles, fryers and extraction, and all of that heat comes through the panel from the inside. Food truck branding in Dubai has to survive that, plus grease, plus being wiped down every single night.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Heat Comes From Inside the Panel
A panel with cooking equipment against it runs far hotter than one in the sun, and adhesive softens as it warms. We ask for the internal layout so the hottest areas get either a higher specification film or no graphic at all.
Grease Collects Around the Hatch
Airborne fat from the serving window condenses on the bodywork nearby and attacks the laminate. That zone needs a chemically resistant overlaminate, and it needs degreasing properly before anything is applied.
The Serving Hatch Interrupts the Design
A large opening with a hinged flap sits in the middle of the main display side. The artwork is built around that aperture, and the flap itself is a separate surface that is seen open during service and closed when parked.
It Gets Cleaned With Detergent Nightly
Hygiene routines mean the exterior is scrubbed daily with cleaning chemicals, which is harsher treatment than any van receives. A heavy cast laminate is not an upgrade here, it is the baseline.
The Menu Needs to Be Changeable
Prices and dishes move, so the menu does not belong in the wrap. A separate board, a magnetic panel or a framed insert alongside the branding means a change is a small reprint instead of a new graphic on the truck.
Internal Layout Reviewed Before Design
We walk through the inside of the truck and mark the hot zones on the outside, because a design approved without that information puts vinyl exactly where it will fail.
On the hatch surround: this is the one area we cannot promise. The combination of heat, steam and grease at a serving window is the hardest environment on any vehicle we work on, and that section will need attention before the rest of the truck does. We tell operators to budget for it.
