Plotter Cut Frosted Stickers in Dubai: Shapes Cut Out of Frost, No Ink
No printer is involved. A blade cuts your shapes straight out of plain frosted film, and what goes on the glass is frost and clear glass with nothing in between. Plotter cut frosted stickers in Dubai produce lettering, dots, lines and logos in a single uniform finish.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Weeding Frost Is Matte on Matte
With coloured vinyl you can see every cut line. Frost on a frosted backing shows almost nothing, so the person weeding is working by raking light across the sheet at an angle. It is slower than any other weeding job we do.
The Finish Matches Existing Film Exactly
Cut frost next to a flat frosted band is the same material, so there is no difference in tone or sheen. Printed frost beside plain frost never quite matches, and this is the method that avoids that problem entirely.
One Finish, No Colour
Everything comes out frosted. That constraint is why this suits typography, line patterns, dot fields and single colour logos, and why a full colour mark has to go down another route.
Detail Has a Lower Floor Than Vinyl
Frosted film is thinner and less forgiving than cast vinyl. Thin strokes tear on weeding and hairline serifs simply do not come away, so lettering below roughly twenty millimetres tall is where this starts to fail.
Positioning Is All Tape Work
Dozens of separate cut elements have to land in the right relationship to each other. Application tape holds the whole arrangement and a pencil datum on the glass keeps the line true across a wide pane.
Cut, Weeded and Taped Ready
Work arrives taped as a single assembly with a registration line, so a fitter aligns one edge instead of placing forty pieces.
The limit here is purely colour. There is one finish available and it is frost, so a brand that needs its mark in its own colour on glass cannot use this. The compensation is that it outlasts every printed option, because there is no ink to fade.

Quick answers.
No. Everything comes out frosted.
About twenty millimetres. Frost tears below that.
It matches plain frost exactly and never fades.
