3 Part NCR Vouchers in Dubai: The Third Copy Is the Faint One

Three parts exist because a third department wants a copy, and the whole character of the set is decided by the sheet at the bottom. 3 part NCR vouchers in Dubai are the standard for delivery, service and invoice work, and the back copy is where they succeed or fail.

How it's made

From your file to the finished job.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.

01 / 06

Pressure Has to Reach Three Layers Down

Each sheet absorbs some of the force from the pen. By the third layer there is noticeably less, so the bottom copy is always the lightest. Nothing in the printing changes that, because it is simply how the pressure travels.

02 / 06

White, Pink and Yellow Route Themselves

Three colours means three destinations and no thinking. Customer, driver or department, and office. Once a team learns the colour order they never need to read which copy is which.

03 / 06

A Harder Pen Makes the Difference

A ballpoint held firmly reaches all three. A gel pen, a fine liner or a light hand will not. Where forms are filled in by many different people, telling them to press down is a more useful instruction than it sounds.

04 / 06

The Middle Sheet Is Coated Both Sides

It receives an image from above and passes one down, so it carries a reactive coating on the front and a releasing coating on the back. It is the most specialised sheet in the set and the reason collation order cannot be improvised.

05 / 06

Three Parts Is the Practical Ceiling for Handwriting

Four and five part sets exist and are used, and they need a very firm hand or an impact printer. For anything completed with a pen in the field, three is where most businesses sensibly stop.

06 / 06

Tested by Writing on One Set

We write across a set from the finished batch and check the third sheet specifically, since the top two are never the problem.

Here is the honest consequence. If the bottom copy is the one your accounts department relies on, and forms are filled in at a tailgate by somebody in a hurry, expect some to arrive hard to read. Putting the accounts copy in the middle and the least critical copy at the back solves it.
