Delivery Order Books in Dubai: Signed at the Door
No money appears on this form. A delivery order proves that goods left one place, arrived at another and were accepted by a named person. Delivery order books in Dubai are what a driver carries, and the signature box is the only part anybody ever looks for afterwards.
Quantity: 5 books · Copies per set: Duplicate · Size: A5 · Numbering: Sequential numbering

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Signature Is the Document
Everything else on the form supports one line: who received it, printed name, signature and date. A delivery note returned without a legible printed name alongside the signature is close to useless in a dispute.
Three Copies Go Three Places
The customer keeps one, the driver returns one to the office as proof of delivery, and one stays in the book. That routing is why delivery books are almost always three part and rarely two.
Quantities and Condition Both Need Boxes
Item, quantity ordered, quantity delivered and a condition or remarks column. The remarks line is where a receiver writes that one carton was damaged, and leaving it off the form means that information never gets recorded at all.
It Lives in a Van
These books sit on a dashboard in the sun, get rained on at a loading bay and are filled in standing at a tailgate. A heavy cover and a stiff backing board are doing real work, and so is a book small enough to fit a glovebox.
Numbering Ties It to the Invoice
A printed sequential number lets a delivery note be matched against an invoice and a purchase order. Without it, matching three documents at month end becomes somebody's whole afternoon.
Sized to the Vehicle
We make these in A5 as standard because it fits a glovebox and a clipboard, and in A4 where the item list genuinely needs the room.
The practical weakness is the returned copy. Drivers lose them, leave them in the van and hand them in a week late. Numbering tells you which ones are missing, and no printing decision can make the copy come back on time.

Setting up your file.
- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.
- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.
Quick answers.
Three. Customer, office and the book copy.
A5 fits a glovebox and a clipboard.
A signature alone is rarely legible enough to identify anyone.
