Jute Bags in Dubai: A Coarse Weave That Limits the Artwork
Jute is a plant fibre spun into a thick, open weave, and you can see the individual threads. Jute bags in Dubai are ordered for conferences, hampers and retail where a natural material is the point, and the weave decides what can be printed on it.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Weave Breaks Up Fine Detail
Ink sits on threads with gaps between them, so thin lines and small text come out broken and photographs turn to mush. Bold shapes and solid blocks print well. Anything delicate does not, and we will say so before printing. Logos get redrawn heavier for this material where they need it.
It Carries Real Weight
Jute is thick and strong, so a jute bag handles bottles, books and a full shop without complaint. Of all the bags here, this is the one that functions as an actual shopping bag.
A Laminated Lining Changes Its Use
Bare jute lets dust and damp through the weave. A laminated inner layer makes the bag suitable for food, fabric and anything that must stay clean, and it also stops the bag shedding fibres onto the contents.
It Does Not Wash
Jute stiffens, shrinks and loses shape in water. Spills are wiped, not washed, and a bag that gets soaked tends not to recover. This is the clearest practical difference from a cotton bag.
The Natural Colour Is the Selling Point
Undyed jute is a warm straw colour that reads as unprocessed. Dyed jute is available and loses some of that effect, which is why most orders stay natural with a one or two colour print.
Printed on a Sample Panel
We print your mark onto a piece of the actual weave first, since artwork that holds together on cotton frequently falls apart on jute.
What jute cannot do is look refined. It is a rough, fibrous, visibly agricultural material, and that is either exactly the impression you want or completely wrong for the brand. Cotton canvas is the smoother alternative at a similar price.

Setting up your file.
- 01Send the logo as a vectorAI, EPS, SVG or PDF. Engraving, embroidery and screen printing all work from clean outlines.
- 02Keep it simple for small areasA pen barrel or a cap front holds a few centimetres of artwork. A simple logo reads better than a full lockup with a tagline.
- 03Give us the Pantone numbersIf a brand colour has to match, send the Pantone reference. Some methods print a limited number of colours.
- 04Send the breakdownFor clothing, the quantity in each size. For gift sets, how many of each item go in every box.
