T Shirt Printing in Dubai: The Wash Is the Only Test That Counts
A printed shirt looks identical whichever method made it, right up until it has been through a machine ten times. T shirt printing in Dubai supplies events, staff uniforms and campaigns, and the decoration method is the decision that shows up months later.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Screen Printing Puts Ink Into the Cotton
Ink is pushed through a mesh onto the fabric and cured with heat so it bonds with the fibres. It survives repeated washing, it feels like part of the shirt, and it needs a screen made per colour. Above a few dozen shirts it is the cheapest and the most durable route.
Transfer Printing Handles Full Colour
A printed film is heat pressed onto the garment, which allows photographs and unlimited colours with no screens to make. It sits on the surface, so it has a slight sheen and will crack eventually. For small quantities and complex artwork it is the only sensible option.
Cotton Weight Changes the Garment
Around one hundred and fifty grams is a light event shirt that people wear once. One hundred and eighty to two hundred feels like a shirt somebody would buy. For staff uniform that difference is noticed every day.
The Size Curve Is Never What You Guess
Ordering equal numbers across every size leaves a pile of extra small and nobody in large. Collect actual sizes from the team, and for an open event order weighted toward the middle sizes.
Print Position Is Measured From the Shoulder
A chest print sits a set distance below the shoulder seam, not centred on the shirt. Centred vertically, a logo ends up near the navel, and it is the mistake we correct most often on a first order.
Washed Ten Times on a Sample
We print one shirt and put it through repeated machine washes before a uniform order is confirmed, because that is the only test the garment will actually face.
The limit on dark garments is the underbase. Printing light colours onto black needs a white layer underneath, which adds a step and makes the print slightly thicker and stiffer. There is no way round it, and a design that avoids pale colours on dark fabric prints better and feels better.
