Embroidery Caps in Dubai: Stitched, Counted and Backed
Embroidery is the default on caps because thread does not care about curves. A needle goes through the fabric wherever the frame holds it, so a seam and a curve stop being obstacles. Embroidery caps in Dubai are the standard for staff uniform, sports clubs and site teams.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Logo Has to Be Digitised First
An embroidery machine follows a stitch file, not an image. Somebody converts your artwork into stitch paths, directions and densities, and that conversion is a one off setup held for every future order.
Stitch Count Drives the Price
Embroidery is priced by how many stitches it takes, so a solid filled logo costs considerably more than an outlined one of the same size. Simplifying a mark for embroidery is a real saving and usually improves how it reads at cap size.
Buckram Backing Holds the Front Rigid
The stiff layer behind a cap front gives the needle something to stitch against and stops the fabric puckering. Embroidering a soft unstructured cap without it pulls the panel out of shape.
Thread Colours Come From a Chart
Thread is manufactured in fixed colours, so a brand colour is matched to the nearest available and not mixed to order. We send the thread numbers for approval, since this is where expectations need setting.
3D Puff Raises the Stitching
A foam layer under the thread lifts letters off the surface, which is the look on most sports caps. It works on bold block shapes and destroys fine detail, so it suits some logos and not others.
Stitched Out on a Sample Cap
We run the digitised file onto one cap and send it, because a stitch file that looks right on screen frequently needs adjusting on the actual fabric.
On very small lettering, embroidery has a hard floor. Below roughly five millimetres of letter height the stitches crowd together and the text closes into a solid line. We will tell you when a tagline has to come off the cap entirely.

Setting up your file.
- 01Send the logo as a vectorAI, EPS, SVG or PDF. Engraving, embroidery and screen printing all work from clean outlines.
- 02Keep it simple for small areasA pen barrel or a cap front holds a few centimetres of artwork. A simple logo reads better than a full lockup with a tagline.
- 03Give us the Pantone numbersIf a brand colour has to match, send the Pantone reference. Some methods print a limited number of colours.
- 04Send the breakdownFor clothing, the quantity in each size. For gift sets, how many of each item go in every box.
