Custom Burger Boxes in Dubai: One Blank, Hinged and Locked
A burger box is a single piece of board that becomes a hinged clamshell with no glue in it at all. Custom burger boxes in Dubai are folded at a counter in about three seconds by somebody holding tongs, and everything in the dieline serves that moment.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Hinge Is a Scored Line, Not a Fitting
Lid and base are the same panel with a crease between them. The box opens and closes on that crease, so it has to be scored deep enough to fold easily and not so deep that the board breaks through after a few openings.
Corner Locks Hold the Walls Up
Folding the side walls brings small tabs inward which slot into cuts in the adjacent panel. That interlock is what makes the base rigid without glue, and it is also the part a cheap dieline gets slightly wrong so the walls spring open.
The Front Tongue Keeps It Shut
A tab on the lid front tucks under the base edge. It needs to go in with one thumb while the other hand is holding something, so the tab is cut with a slight taper to find the gap on its own.
Vents Are Cut, Not Punched Later
Small slots or holes in the lid go in on the same die stroke as everything else. Their size balances steam escaping against heat being kept in, and a box with no vents at all delivers a soft bun every time.
It Has to Stack in a Delivery Bag
Three or four boxes go into an insulated bag and the bottom one carries the rest. The lid panel is doing structural work, which is why burger boxes use heavier board than their size suggests and why a crushed lid means a crushed burger.
Folded and Loaded With the Real Thing
We fold a plain sample and put an actual burger in it, since a box that fits the measurements and crushes the bun has failed anyway.
Being plain about the barrier: grease resistance is a property of the board we buy, carrying its own certification, and printing does not add it. If the food sits directly on the board, tell us at enquiry, because that single fact decides which material the box is made from.
