Table Tents in Dubai: It Has to Stand Up on Its Own
Every other item in this category lies flat. A table tent is a piece of printed card folded into a shape that supports itself on a table, and the engineering of that shape is the entire difference between one that works and one that collapses. The Shape Decides the Stability
A triangular tent is the most stable because the two printed faces lean against each other and a base tab locks the bottom. A simple folded card with no base tab slides open on a smooth table and lies down within an hour.
It Is Read From a Seated Angle
Somebody sitting at the table looks down at roughly thirty degrees. Content near the top of the face reads easily and anything in the bottom third is in shadow behind a water glass. The usable area is smaller than the card.
Both Faces Get Seen
Two people sit on opposite sides of a table, so the tent has two fronts and no back. Printing one side and leaving the other blank means half the table sees nothing, and it is the mistake we see most often on supplied artwork.
It Needs a Stiff Card and a Pressed Crease
Below around three hundred grams the faces bow outward and the tent splays. Above that, the folds have to be creased on a machine or the card cracks white along every edge where it bends.
Height Is Limited by What It Shares the Table With
Too tall and it blocks the view across a table and gets moved to the windowsill. Around a hundred and fifty millimetres is readable from a seat and short enough that nobody picks it up to see past it.
Creased, Folded and Assembled Flat
Tents are supplied creased and scored but flat, so they ship in a small box and staff fold them in seconds on site.
A plain warning about the base. On a polished or glass table top, any card tent will creep when somebody knocks the table. If the tables are glass, a weighted acrylic holder with a printed insert will stay where you put it and card will not.

- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
