Payment Voucher Books in Dubai: Money Going Out Needs a Signature
A receipt records money coming in. A payment voucher records money going out, and it exists so that nobody can release a payment on their own authority. Payment voucher books in Dubai are an internal control document first and a printed form second.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Authorisation Boxes Are the Point
Prepared by, checked by, approved by, received by. Four signature boxes mean four people touched the payment, and that separation is the entire reason the form exists. Removing a box to save space removes a control.
It Stays Inside the Company
Unlike a receipt or a delivery note, no copy goes to an outside party. One part goes with the payment record, one to the file and one stays bound, which is why two or three parts is normally enough.
The Account Code Field Matters to Finance
A box for the ledger or cost code lets accounts post the entry without chasing anybody. Leaving it off the form means a bookkeeper guessing or emailing, which is where the delay enters the process.
Supporting Documents Get Attached
An invoice or a quotation is stapled to the voucher, so the form needs a clear area at the head that a staple will not obscure and enough margin for a hole punch and a file.
Numbering Reconciles Against the Bank
Sequential voucher numbers let a month of payments be tied back to statement lines. A cancelled voucher is marked and kept in the book for the same reason, so the sequence stays unbroken even when a payment is abandoned.
Laid Out Around Your Approval Chain
We set the number and the labels of the signature boxes to match how your business actually approves payments, since a borrowed layout from another company fits nobody.
A note on internal control. The form only works if the signatures are genuinely from different people. A printed voucher book with all four boxes signed by one person is a worse record than no voucher at all, because it looks like a control and is not one.
Compare with receipt book printing, 2 part NCR vouchers, and books and NCR forms.

Setting up your file.
- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.

- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.
