There Is No Adhesive Anywhere
Nothing is left behind and nothing is pulled off. For a leased vehicle, a rented unit or a landlord who inspects the paintwork, that single property is the whole reason these exist. Hand the van back at the end of a lease and there is nothing to explain.
Print and Magnet Are Cut as One
Printed vinyl is laminated to a magnetic sheet and then the blade takes the outline through both layers. The edge comes out clean, with the magnet exactly the shape of the artwork and no backing showing. The result looks like a painted panel until somebody tries to pick at the edge.
It Only Holds to Steel
Aluminium panels, fibreglass, plastic bumpers and composite doors are not magnetic. Plenty of modern vehicles have aluminium or plastic bodywork, so test the actual panel with a fridge magnet before ordering anything. We would rather you tested it in the car park than discovered it on delivery.
It Comes Off and Goes Back On
One van carries a different trade name on Tuesday and Thursday. Panels store flat in a cupboard and the vehicle stays unmarked underneath. Two sets of panels cost less than one repaint.
Curves Fight It
Magnetic sheet is stiff. On a flat door it sits perfectly. Across a pronounced body curve the corners lift, and a lifted corner at speed becomes a missing panel.
Checked on a Steel Plate
Every cutout is laid on a flat steel plate here and lifted by one corner, because a shape that will not hold its own weight is not finished.
The honest warning is about what collects underneath. Grit works in behind a magnet and grinds against the paint every time the vehicle moves. Take panels off weekly, wash both the panel and the door, and dry them before refitting.

- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.
- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.
