Pillar Sticker Branding in Dubai: Wrapping Something With No Flat Side
A column is a cylinder, and film is flat. Pillar sticker branding in Dubai goes onto mall columns, hotel lobby pillars, car park supports and exhibition uprights, and the only real question is how the material is persuaded to go round without creasing.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
A Cylinder Has No Developable Flat
Film wraps a round column happily in one direction and fights it in the other. That is why artwork is laid out as a long strip the height of the pillar, and why a design that wants to curve round and up at once will not sit down.
The Seam Has to Be Planned
Every wrap ends somewhere and there will be a vertical overlap. Put it at the back, facing a wall or away from the main approach, and nobody sees it. Leave it to the installer on the day and it lands facing the entrance.
Square Pillars Are a Different Job
A square or rectangular column has four flat faces and four corners. Each face can be a separate panel with the joint hidden on the corner, which is easier than a cylinder and gives a much crisper result.
Circumference Is Measured, Never Calculated
Plaster, cladding and paint build up, so a column specified as six hundred millimetres is rarely exactly that. We put a tape round the actual pillar at three heights, because they are often not the same all the way up.
Heat Makes the Film Cooperate
A heat gun softens the film so it relaxes into the curve and round the top and bottom edges. Fitted cold it will pull back and lift at the seam within days.
Measured at Three Heights Before Printing
Each pillar is measured individually, since columns in the same lobby are routinely different by enough to spoil a seam.
The geometry sets a limit worth knowing. Text running horizontally around a cylinder is only readable across a narrow slice of the curve and distorts away from the viewer on both sides. Keep horizontal type short, or set it vertically up the column.
