Double Decker Booths in Dubai: A Meeting Room Above the Noise
At a busy show the hardest thing to find is somewhere quiet to talk. A double decker booth puts that space directly above your stand. Double decker booths in Dubai are chosen by companies doing real business at the show instead of collecting leads.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Upstairs Is Where Deals Happen
The upper deck is a closed meeting area with seating, away from the hall noise and out of sight of competitors. That privacy is what the second storey is actually for.
Downstairs Stays Open
The ground floor carries the product, the demonstrations and the traffic. Closing it in defeats the purpose, since the upper level already provides the enclosed space.
Approval Comes Before Design
The organiser confirms whether your pitch permits two storeys and what the height limit is. Everything else follows that answer, and it is the first question we ask.
The Stairs Are a Fixed Cost in Space
A compliant staircase with a landing takes real floor area and must not discharge into the aisle. Its position is settled before anything else is laid out.
Load Is Calculated, Not Estimated
Furniture, people and the structure itself are all engineered, and the venue's reviewer checks the figures. This is a structural submission, not a stand drawing.
Certified at Handover
You receive the structural certification the venue requires, which is frequently inspected before the show opens. Check the lift and stair access to your pitch for the build. Two storey components are long and heavy, and halls frequently have restrictions on routes and timings for moving that sort of material through a venue during the permitted build up hours. Ask the organiser for the goods route and the permitted hours in writing, because a component that cannot reach the pitch is a problem discovered at the worst possible moment.
Being clear about lead time: between structural design, venue approval and an extended build slot, a double decker needs considerably longer than a single storey stand. A late brief on one of these is the hardest thing to rescue in exhibition work.
