Double Decker Stands in Dubai: Buying Floor Space Upwards
A double decker buys you a second floor on the same pitch. Double decker stands in Dubai are how companies get a private meeting area at a crowded show without paying for twice the floor, and they are the most heavily regulated thing we build.
Double Decker Stands: tell us the size, the quantity and the date you need it by.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Venue Decides If You Can
Height limits, permitted locations and total load are all set by the hall. Some pitches allow two storeys and some do not, and that is confirmed before a design is started.
It Needs Structural Sign Off
Two storey stands require engineered drawings and approval from the venue's own structural reviewer. That process has a fixed duration and it is the long pole in every double decker programme.
The Staircase Eats the Ground Floor
A compliant staircase takes a surprising amount of the lower level, and it has to land somewhere that does not block the aisle. The stair position is usually the first thing fixed in the layout.
Upstairs Is for Meetings
The upper deck is almost always a private area, away from the noise. Downstairs stays open for traffic, which is the whole reason for the arrangement.
Build Time Is Longer
Two storeys take more than one night. Venues issue extended build up slots for them, and that needs requesting early alongside the structural submission.
Engineered, Built and Certified
We produce the drawings, obtain the approvals and supply the certification the venue requires at handover. Budget for the approval process as a line of its own. Structural review, engineered drawings and an extended build slot all carry cost before a single component is cut, and they are the part most often left out of an initial estimate entirely by other suppliers. Ask for them to be itemised separately in any quotation you compare.
We will say this plainly at the first meeting: if you have not confirmed that your pitch permits a second storey, nothing else about the design matters. That answer comes from the organiser and it comes before anybody draws anything.
