Standard Booths in Dubai: Three Walls and One Way In
A standard booth, sometimes called an inline, sits in a row with stands on both sides and a solid wall behind. One side faces the aisle and that is where everything has to happen. Standard booths in Dubai are the most common pitch at any show and the most constrained.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
You Have One Face to Work With
Visitors approach from two directions along a single aisle and see the stand only as they draw level. The back wall does all the branding and the opening does all the welcoming.
Side Walls Belong to Everyone
The dividing walls are shared with neighbours, and organisers restrict what can be fixed to them and how high anything may go near the boundary. Those rules are in the exhibitor manual.
Depth Works Against You
An inline pitch is usually deeper than it is wide. Anything placed at the back is invisible from the aisle, so the valuable area is the front third.
The Counter Position Decides Flow
A counter across the opening closes the stand off. Set to one side, it leaves a clear way in. On a narrow inline that one decision changes how many people step inside.
Height Gets You Noticed
With no open sides, the only way to be seen along an aisle is upwards. A tall header or a hanging sign, where the venue permits one, is what lifts an inline above its neighbours.
Built to the Pitch
We work from the floor plan and not the dimensions alone, because which neighbour is on which side changes the layout. Ask which neighbours you have before the design is finished. A loud demonstration stand on one side or a tall structure on the other changes where your own opening and your sound should sit, and the organiser will usually tell you if you ask early enough.
The honest advice on an inline pitch: resist filling it. The temptation is to use the whole depth, and the stands that work keep the front open and put storage and seating at the back where nobody can see in anyway.
