Hoarding Banners in Dubai: Dressing a Site That Is Not Finished
A construction hoarding is a long blank wall in a place where people walk every day. Hoarding banners in Dubai turn that wall into the only advertising the project gets before it opens, and the job has constraints that no other banner has: enormous length, uneven substrate and an audience moving past at walking or driving speed.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
The Run Is Measured, Then Divided
Hoardings are rarely one banner. A sixty metre run is split into panels sized to the plywood bays behind it, so joins fall on a stud and not in the middle of a face. We measure the bays before artwork is laid out.
Artwork Is Built for Walking Speed
At two metres from a pavement, a reader gets a few seconds of one panel. Each panel therefore carries one idea. Spreading a single sentence across three bays is a common design instinct and it does not survive contact with a real pavement.
Fixing Follows the Board
New plywood takes battens and screws through the hem. Older hoarding, already painted and patched, usually gets a tensioned banner on a frame instead so the fixings do not pull through soft board.
Joins Are Planned, Not Hidden
Where two panels meet we overlap deliberately and align the graphic across the seam. A butt join opens up within weeks as the boards move and shows as a dark line the full height of the hoarding.
Through the Build
Panels get damaged on live sites. We keep your files so a single replacement bay can be reprinted to match without redoing the run.
Lighting Changes What Gets Read
Most hoardings are walked past in daylight and driven past at night. Where there is lighting on the boards, pale artwork holds up after dark and deep colours go flat. Where there is none, nothing on the hoarding works at night and the budget is better spent on the daytime panels.
Something worth settling early. Hoarding graphics usually need approval from the developer and sometimes the municipality, and the lead time on that is longer than printing. Bring us the artwork before it is signed off and we will tell you what tends to come back.
