Coming Soon Shop Hoarding in Dubai: An Empty Unit With No Tenant Yet
There is a version of shop hoarding that has no brand on it at all, because nobody has signed the lease. Coming soon shop hoarding in Dubai is the landlord's problem, not the tenant's, and it is aimed at a completely different reader: an agent, an operator or a company looking for space.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
It Has to Look Deliberate
An unlet unit with bare board in the window reads as a failing centre. The same unit behind a clean printed panel reads as one under development. That impression affects the whole run of shops either side of it.
The Message Is a Leasing Message
Unit size in square metres, the leasing contact and a line about the centre. Anyone who needs this information is looking for it specifically, so a phone number has to be large enough to read from a car.
Neutral Artwork Outlasts the Vacancy
Because nobody knows how long the unit sits empty, the graphic avoids seasons, dates and anything tied to a campaign. A panel designed without a timestamp can stay up for a year without looking stale.
It Is Built to Come Off Easily
These panels are fixed so they can be removed at short notice when a tenant signs, usually to a light frame that lifts out in one piece without touching the shopfront.
When It Lets
The leasing panel comes down and the tenant's own opening hoarding goes up, often on the same frame, which keeps the changeover to a single night.
Lit Units Let Better
Where the unit has power, a simple lightbox panel in place of a printed one keeps the frontage alive after closing. Centres with a late evening trade notice the difference, and an agent photographing the unit for a listing gets a far better image from a lit panel than a dark board.
A practical point most landlords hit eventually. If several units in a centre are being dressed, print them as one batch. Matched panels across a mall read as a managed property. Four different suppliers over eighteen months do not, and the difference is obvious walking the floor.
