Print and Cut Stickers in Dubai: Printed First, Then Cut Around
Print and cut is a process, not a material. The same machine lays down the artwork and then follows its outline with a blade, so the sticker ends up the shape of the thing on it. Print and cut stickers in Dubai are how any logo shaped sticker gets made.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.
Registration Marks Go Down First
Small black squares print at the corners. An optical sensor finds them before cutting, which is how the blade knows exactly where the printed artwork landed on a roll that may have moved a millimetre. Without those marks the blade would cut blind and every sticker would sit slightly off its own outline.
The Cut Path Comes From Your File
We need a vector outline for the blade to follow, either supplied with your artwork or drawn here from it. A photograph with no path has nothing to cut around, so that is the one file type that stalls a job.
Bleed Keeps White Edges Away
Artwork extends a couple of millimetres past the cut line. Without it, the tiny drift between print and blade leaves a white hairline down one side, and that hairline is the giveaway of a cheap sticker.
Kiss Cut or Through Cut
A kiss cut goes through the vinyl and leaves the backing whole, so stickers stay on a sheet and peel off one at a time. A through cut separates them completely. Sheets suit giveaways. Singles suit application. Tell us which, because it changes nothing in price and everything in handling.
They Come Back as Sheets
Most print and cut work is delivered on sheets with the shapes already cut, ready to peel. Nothing needs weeding and nothing needs tape.
Cut Depth Set on Every Job
Blade pressure is tested on an offcut of the exact material before the run, because too deep slices the backing and too shallow will not peel.
Being honest about geometry: very fine spikes, hairline serifs and tiny detached islands do not survive being peeled. We will flag anything under about three millimetres and suggest thickening it or wrapping it into the main shape.

Setting up your file.
- 01Work at the finished sizeSet the page to the exact trimmed size of the piece, not a larger sheet with crop marks drawn in.
- 02Add 3 mm bleedRun background colour and images 3 mm past every edge that gets trimmed, so no white line shows after cutting.
- 03Keep text off the edgeHold text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line, clear of the blade.
- 04Send a print-ready PDFCMYK, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 300 dpi at final size. AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG also work.

Kiss cut for sheets. Through cut for singles.
About three millimetres. Below that it tears on peeling.
