The Box Does the Persuading
Whatever is inside, the recipient sees the box first. A rigid box with a fitted insert reads as a gift. The same contents in a flimsy carton reads as stock being cleared, and no amount of spending on the contents recovers it.
The Insert Has to Hold Everything Still
A foam or card insert cut to the shape of each item stops the contents sliding around in transit. Without it, a set arrives rattling and the pen has scratched the notebook cover.
Every Item Has Its Own Lead Time
A set with four items has four stock positions and four decoration processes, and the slowest one sets the delivery date. One item on back order delays the entire set, which is why we confirm all stock before taking an order.
Assembly Is Manual and Takes Real Hours
Three hundred sets with four items each is twelve hundred placements plus the lids, the bands and the cards. That labour is a genuine line in the cost, and it is the part most people have not budgeted.
Seasonal Demand Is Concentrated
Ramadan, Eid, National Day and year end are when almost all of these are ordered, and stock and assembly capacity tighten across the city in those weeks. The same set is straightforward in February and difficult in November.
One Set Built and Photographed
We assemble a single complete set for your approval, which is the only way to see whether the insert fits, the lid closes and the arrangement looks considered.
A word about assembly time. If a set has to be personalised per recipient, with a named card or an engraved item, the assembly stops being a production line and becomes a matching exercise. That is doable and it roughly doubles the handling, so it needs confirming early.
