The Board Decides Whether It Bends
Thin card flops over within an hour. Three millimetre foamboard holds its shape and stays light. Five millimetre Forex survives being sat on. The board is the single choice that separates props still being waved at midnight from props in the bin by ten.
The Stick Is Glued, Not Taped
A wooden dowel bonded into a slot stays put. Tape on the back fails the first time somebody waves hard, and then you have a loose stick in a crowded room. We glue them.
Shapes Come Off a Cutting Table
A digital cutter follows an outline, so speech bubbles, logos, moustaches and brand shapes all cost the same to cut. There is no die and no tooling, which is why a bespoke shape is normal here and not an upgrade.
They Get Handed Out, Not Displayed
Someone stands at a door and gives these to people. That changes the brief: it has to be obvious what to do with it in half a second, and it has to be comfortable to hold.
Reading Distance Is Arm's Length
A prop is read in a photograph from two metres away. Big, short, high contrast. A long sentence on a party prop is a sentence nobody will ever read.

Each shape arrives in its own counted bundle, so a host handing out six designs can see at a glance what is running low.
