Real Estate Display Stands in Dubai: Months on a Plot, Not Days

A property board goes up when a unit is listed and stays until it sells, which can be a week or most of a year. Real estate display stands in Dubai are built for that open ended stay outdoors, and nearly every specification decision follows from not knowing how long it will be there.

How it's made

From your file to the finished job.

Six steps happen between the brief and the finished job. Here they are, in the order they happen on our floor in Dubai South.

01 / 06

The Board Has to Survive a Summer

UV stable print on composite or a framed panel. Anything printed on paper or mounted on foam board will fade, bow and look abandoned within weeks, which reflects on the agent more than the property.

02 / 06

It Must Stand on Any Ground

Plots, verges, compound walls and villa gates all need different fixings. Ground spikes for soft ground, a weighted frame for hard standing, and brackets where it goes on a wall or a fence.

03 / 06

The Phone Number Is the Content

Someone reads this from a slow moving car. One line about the property, a contact number large enough to read at speed, and nothing else that competes with it.

04 / 06

Agent Details Change

Listings move between agents and numbers change. Boards designed with a replaceable lower panel let the property detail stay and the contact update without a new board.

05 / 06

It Has to Come Down Cleanly

Once a unit sells, the board is removed quickly, and anything bolted into a boundary wall leaves holes somebody has to make good. Freestanding is usually the better answer.

06 / 06

Produced as a Batch

Agencies order these in quantity with a shared template, so only the property line changes between boards and the brand stays consistent across a district. Photograph each board once it is installed. Agencies lose track of where boards are standing across a district, and a dated photograph with the plot reference is what makes collection possible when the unit finally sells.

A straightforward caution: signage on plots, community walls and roadside verges is frequently controlled by the master developer or the community, with rules on size and placement. Check before producing a run of fifty.
