Three-Pole Table Flags in Dubai: Adding a Third Party to the Table
Once a third organisation joins the table, the stand changes. Three-pole table flags in Dubai carry three flags on one base, used for trilateral meetings, joint ventures and any signing where three names appear on the document.

Three Angles, Not Two
The outer poles splay and the centre pole stands upright. That arrangement keeps all three readable from the front, which is where the camera sits.
The Centre Position Carries Weight
In most conventions the centre is the senior or host position. Which flag belongs there is a protocol question and it is settled before the stand is laid out.
Spacing Stops Overlap
Poles are set far enough apart that no flag covers its neighbour when the air conditioning moves them. Too close together and the middle flag disappears behind the outer two.
The Base Gets Substantially Heavier
Three flags on one foot is a real load, and these bases are noticeably weightier than a V. A light three pole base rocks every time somebody puts a glass down near it.
All Three Match
Printed together, same fabric, same finish, same fringe if specified. Three flags sourced separately almost never match in white point or sheen.
Stored Assembled
Most clients keep these set up in a cupboard between meetings, so we supply a soft cover to keep dust off the fabric. Because the base is heavy and the poles splay, these need more table than people allow for. Measure the clear space in front of the signing position before ordering. Where only two parties are present at a three pole stand, leaving the third socket empty looks worse than using a smaller base. Keep a V base in the cupboard for those meetings and the table reads correctly either way without anyone having to explain the empty socket.
We should be plain about our role. We produce the flags and the stand to your specification. Precedence, order and which flag sits centre are matters for the hosting organisation and their protocol office.

- 03Tell us how it will be fixedHems, eyelets, pole pockets and frames take up material around the edge. Tell us the fixing and prepress allows for it.
- 04Send logos as vectorsAI, EPS, SVG or PDF keeps edges sharp at large sizes. Embed or outline the fonts.
