The Table Is Already a Commodity
Trestle and folding tables come in predictable sizes, and venues frequently supply them. The branding is in the cover, which means you may not need to buy a table at all. Ask the venue first. A table you do not have to buy, store or carry is the cheapest table there is.
The Cover Has to Fit That Table
Covers are cut to specific dimensions. A six foot cover on a five foot table pools on the floor and looks improvised, so we need the actual table size before anything is made.
Three Sided or Four
A three sided cover leaves the back open so staff can reach storage underneath. A four sided one encloses the table completely and looks tidier from every angle, and it is the one to pick if people will be standing on all four sides, with nothing accessible beneath it.
It Hides What Is Under the Table
Boxes, bags and cable are the reality of any activation. A fitted cover that reaches the floor is doing as much work concealing those as it is carrying a logo.
It Washes and Folds Away
Printed polyester goes in a bag, comes out creased and hangs out within an hour. Between events it stores in a drawer. Nothing about it needs a warehouse, which is why these end up at far more events than built counters do.
