Quotes and ordering

Not directly — every job is quoted by a person. Open any service, choose the options that matter, and send it by WhatsApp, email, a call or the enquiry form. You get a firm price and a production date, usually within one working hour.

Within one working hour during business hours for most jobs. Exhibition stands, LED screens and large signage projects may need a site visit or drawings first; we tell you straight away if that is the case.

The service, quantity or size, where it will be used, and when you need it. If you are not sure about materials or finishes, describe what the job needs to do and we will recommend the right specification.

Yes. Ask for a printed sample on the material you have chosen. For most digital print we can produce one the same day, to collect from Dubai South or to be sent out.

Artwork and files

A print-ready PDF is ideal: CMYK colour, images at 300 dpi at final size, 3 mm bleed on every edge (20 mm for large format) and fonts embedded. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, high-resolution JPEG and ZIP files up to 64 MB. For larger files, send a WeTransfer or Google Drive link.

Bleed is artwork that extends past the trim line, so a slight shift in cutting never leaves a white edge. The safe area is the opposite: keep text and logos at least 5 mm inside the trim so nothing important is clipped.

Screens display RGB colour and presses print CMYK, so bright screen colours can print slightly duller. Convert your artwork to CMYK before sending, and if you need an exact brand colour, give us the Pantone reference and ask for a printed proof.

Yes, free of charge. A prepress operator opens every file and checks trim, bleed, resolution, colour and fonts. Small fixes are made for you, and we call before printing anything that would not print well.

Yes. Mention it in your enquiry and our design team will scope the work with you. Design is quoted separately and never charged without your approval.

Artwork is stored privately against your enquiry or order, never shared or used as a sample without your permission, and kept for twelve months to make reprints easy. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Turnaround and delivery

Most digital print takes two to three working days from proof approval, with next-day and same-day options on many products when artwork is approved early. Signage, stands and large-format projects get a firm date with the quote. See Delivery & Turnaround for details.

When you approve the digital proof, not when you first enquire. A proof left unanswered overnight moves the delivery date by a day.

Yes, to all seven Emirates, and you can also collect from our Dubai South production house. Installation is available for signage, banners, window graphics and exhibition stands.

Payment and accounts

Nothing is paid up front. Once you approve the quote and the proof, we issue a tax invoice, which you can settle by bank transfer, a card payment link or cash on delivery.

Registered UAE companies can apply for an account with 30-day payment terms, agreed pricing and stored artwork for fast reorders. Send your trade licence and VAT certificate to get started; approval usually takes two working days.

Yes. Send or quote your purchase order number and it appears on the tax invoice alongside our TRN.

Quality and reprints

If the delivered job does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it at our cost and collect the incorrect stock. Tell us within seven days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.

The approved proof is what goes on press, so a typo in an approved file is chargeable to reprint — which is why we ask you to check every proof carefully. Get someone who did not write the copy to read it too.

Still have a question?

Send the job instead of the question. A photo, a sketch or a rough size is enough for an estimator to tell you what it needs and what it costs.
